From redundancy to business woman in one month

Tania Stone took control of her own destiny when she launched TLS Safety Solutions in April 2019.

“I always had this thought in the back of my mind that I’d like to work for myself,” Ms Stone said.

“I was always frustrated as an employee at being restricted by managers who would only give me limited opportunities based on what they thought I was good at.

I knew I was capable of so much more, so following a redundancy I decided to take control of my own destiny and launched TLS Safety Solutions the very next month.”

Ms Stone specialises in helping businesses meet their health and safety compliance with long-term sustainable solutions that are practical and tailored to each business.

“I believe that work health and safety doesn’t have to be complicated and most businesses are really doing a lot to keep their workplaces safe,” she said.

“They just need a little support in bringing it all together and managing it effectively.I love making sure that each and every person goes home from work safe and helping businesses to reduce incidents and injuries.”
